MOSAIC is the annual management fest of Delhi Business School (DBS), New Delhi. The fest aims to put students of Management Institutes under the common flag of participation and share knowledge, learn & implement strategy. During the fest, students intermingle and collaborate to conceive and execute ideas, plans and presentations. They are presented with an opportunity to use their skills and expertise in the fields of science, technology and management. Students share knowledge and information and also get a good amount of exposure to today's fast moving and competitive world.
MOSAIC Season – 2, promises to take the experience to a whole new level by presenting a fine blend of competitions, lectures, workshops, demonstrations, entertainment and management. While the competitions have been designed to encourage the questioning spirit and challenge the conventional way of thought by eminent personalities will update participants with the current pulse of the management world.
The fest was scheduled for 3 days from 17th – 19th December at DBS – Delhi Campus wherein students of 20 colleges participated in more than 14 events. The total no. of participants were more than 500. The walls of the college were already decked with colorful graffiti to kick-start the three-day long event. The USP of this year's festival were some very innovative events like IMPRESARIO – Are you a real entrepreneur? In association with NEN Network, , Brainstrom – the business quiz, Share Bazar Ka Badshah, Psycho – The Role Play, Rhythm, Swadeshi – Made in India, Clicks and many other such events.

Executive Vice President – People WALMART INDIA .The lamp was lighted by Ms. Amita Joseph Director BCF INDIA in presence of Ms. Divya Rajput Director DBS, Mr. Vinay Kakkar Trustee- DBSand Ms Setuma Rawal Head- Academics, DBSon 17th December 2009.All dignitaries on the dais spoke and encouraged the students. The participation was from all over the country and a large number of students attained the inaugural ceremony of Mosaic 09 on on 17th December 2009 auspicious morning.
Theme for the fest was “Aurosurya” which means to participate in lighting pathways to new possibilities. On the first day, the women cell of DBS “ESSENCE” was inaugurated and DBS quarterly newsletter “WE” Issue – 2 was launched along with the opening ceremony followed by Impresario, Wizard, Psyco and Giglers. The events organized on second day were Brainstrom, Clicks, Share Bazar Ka Badshah,Swadeshi, Graffiti Creators and the PROM Night which was enjoyed by all the students and faculty members. On the last day the events organized were Treasure Hunt - Explore the unexplored, Rhythm - The Ultimate Dance Competition, Ethereal Runway - The Fashion Show in which students from different countries like South Africa, Uganda, China, Tibet took part. At the end the closing ceremony was done by Dr. Kavita Sharma Director India International Centre and award appreciation was done by Mr AVK Mohan Group HR Head Spice Corporation along with the Inauguration “Savior fair "- The research club and DBS Alumni Club.
