About the Club: The HR Club is dedicated to encouraging excellence. Our strategic areas of interest cover the professional development of our members / HR specialists and overall development of the members as perfect individuals.

The Mission of the HR Club is to lead thinking and share good practices in the linking of people, and in so doing provide a network forum for students and professionals from different institutes, colleges and organizations working in this area.

Our Vision: To be recognized as an eminent and self motivated professional body in the field of HR.

Our Objectives:
• To continuously strive for academic and professional excellence in the field of human resource management and development.
• To enhance the skills and competencies of the members through sharing and learning.
• To provide a forum for discussion and interaction and a platform for enhancing skills.
• To promote and maintain good HR management ethics.
• Identifying modern approaches in human resources management and training the members. Also, creating awareness about the same amongst member clubs.
• Establishing contacts between HR managers in order to share the information and experience.
• Arranging the meetings of club members.
• Organizing and conducting the conferences, seminars, training courses etc.
• Conducting the scientific-research works related to HR management issues is also one of the objectives, though an ambitious plan.
