Prior to Joining Spice, Mohan was working as Vice President – HR and Member, Enterprise Management Board, Bharti Airtel. Mohan has over 21 years of experience in HR and had worked with Organizations like ITC Ltd, Motorola and Digital. He is a post graduate from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
In his current role, he is responsible for Group HR of Six companies with an employee base of over 10000. He is passionate about building fairness in organisations. He believes in continuous learning to ensure that his 21 years of experience is not 1 year experience repeated 21 times, but is relevant and contemporary.
His other interests are reading in general but particular in Constitutional law, Leadership and Autobiographies. An avid traveller, given an opportunity, he runs off to either mountains or closer to an ocean. He was a professional badminton player during his college days and was ranked 11th in India in under 18 category.
He believes that the whole world is categorized into three types of people : a few who makes things happen, many who see things happen and an overwhelming majority who does not know what happens. He is always at the edge of trying to be in the first quadrant.
